We are now looking for a part-time career counselor at 50% to support us in delivering the "Career Counseling" service on behalf of Arbetsförmedlingen. Are you a dedicated counselor? Then Ability is ready to collaborate with you to create a better world! As a counselor in the career guidance service, we help participants explore different professions. Together with a study and career advisor, counselors and participants map out the participant's strengths, experiences, and competencies, and throughout the service, a clear career plan is developed for the participant. As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and reach a high level of competence within the service, and you will be part of an extensive network that spans the entire country. To work as a counselor, you must meet the following requirements: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least passing grades, and At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or job duties: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment / transition work for job seekers Study and career guidance Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology career guidance Are you interested in this position and want to know more?
