The Work-Oriented Activities Unit is responsible for planning, implementing and developing labor market initiatives, primarily within the framework of Framstegsjobb and Framtidskraft 300. The unit's mission is to create work-oriented environments where residents outside the labor market receive employment-focused placements to build work experience and develop skills. The employment-focused placements include both education and coaching to enable residents to take the next step toward employment or further studies. The focus is on progression and ensuring that each participant moves forward based on their own circumstances. As a supervisor for Framstegsjobb, you will work with residents who strengthen their professional experience and competence. The task is to provide guidance in work tasks but also to, in day-to-day work, for example reflect and coach collaboration and competence development. If needed, you will also carry out the work tasks yourself. As a supervisor within sanitation, you will be out in our urban environment with the Framstegsjobb participants and carry out sanitation of our streetscape. Through continuous work, we change the image that residents and visitors encounter as they pass through our city. In the unit, you are part of a team with other supervisors to jointly receive competence development and support. A crucial key to succeeding with our mission is that we believe in the resident's drive and abilities. Your responsibilities include: - Planning work tasks together with colleagues and Framstegsjobb participants - Guiding/instructing and motivating the Framstegsjobb participant in the practical work - Supporting and motivating Framstegsjobb participants toward the regular labor market - Conveying knowledge about working life, work culture and the labor market based on the OCN validation tool - Participating in practical work at the workplace - Ensuring that the assignment is always completed, which may involve your own work if several residents placed in the activity are absent - If needed, supervision in other Framstegsjobb may also become relevant - Enjoying working outdoors and in a changing environment Since we work across unit and section boundaries to achieve our goals, this means that during certain periods you may need to perform your work in other parts of our organization. Work may involve working hours on weekends. Administrative work with documentation is included. Qualifications Relevant post-secondary education, for example as a social pedagogue or other equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent At least 3 years of experience in social or educational work with adults, in a supervisory and motivating role Experience and interest in practically oriented work tasks Familiarity with using digital systems Driver's license for passenger vehicles with manual transmission and willingness to drive Ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish The following skills are relevant for this position to succeed with the assignment. You need to be able to collaborate with others, follow established processes, create and maintain relationships, adapt and respond to changes, and be customer-focused.
