The Work-Based Activities Unit is responsible for planning, implementing, and developing employment initiatives, primarily within the frameworks of Framstegsjobb and Framtidskraft 300. The unit's mission is to create work-based environments where residents outside the labor market can obtain employment positions to build work experience and develop skills. Employment positions include both training and coaching to enable residents to take the next step toward work or studies. The focus is on progression and ensuring each participant moves forward based on their own circumstances. As a mentor in Framstegsjobb, you will work with residents who strengthen their professional experience and skills. The task is to mentor work tasks but also to mirror and coach collaboration and skill development in daily work. Since you will be based at several workplaces and have a mobile assignment, you will also collaborate with care and support staff. You need to be able to both instruct and, if necessary, carry out tasks related to cleaning, circulation laundry, basic meal preparation, and facility maintenance. In the unit, you join a team with other mentors to collectively gain professional development and support. A key to succeeding with our mission is believing in the resident's drive and abilities. Your assignment includes planning work tasks together with the care facilities planning your time at each care facility mentoring/instructing and motivating the Framstegsjobb participant in practical work supporting and motivating Framstegsjobb participants toward regular employment sharing knowledge about working life, workplace culture, and the labor market based on the OCN validation tool participating in practical work at the workplace ensuring the assignment is always completed, which may involve doing the work yourself if several residents placed in the activity are absent if needed, mentoring in other Framstegsjobb positions may also be relevant thriving in a changing environment Since we work across unit and departmental boundaries to reach our goals, this means that during certain periods you may need to perform your work in other parts of our organization. The work may involve working on weekends. Administrative work including documentation is included. Qualifications Relevant post-secondary education, for example as a social pedagogue or other equivalent education that the employer considers equivalent At least 3 years of experience in social or educational work with adults, with a mentoring and motivating role Experience and interest in practically oriented work tasks Familiarity with using digital systems Driver's license for a car with manual transmission and willingness to drive Ability to communicate in speech and writing in Swedish To succeed with the assignment, you also need the ability to collaborate, follow given processes, build and maintain relationships, and adapt and respond to changes. It is an advantage if you have experience working in care and support services.
