About the Position: We are looking for an engaged individual who shares our vision and strives to be part of creating change in people's lives. You will work both independently and in a team, where ideas are shared to improve and spread knowledge throughout the team. You should have experience with documentation and be passionate about coaching participants who strive to reach education or employment. We prefer that you have academic qualifications corresponding to: Option 1: One year of post-secondary education. At least three years of full-time work experience in areas such as management with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, personnel case handling (not solely personnel administration), work with labor and labor market issues, and work with social and group psychology. Option 2: Completed higher education comprising at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent from a university of applied sciences. At least two years of full-time work experience, including part-time work where the combined working time corresponds to full-time employment over two years. It is meritorious if you are multilingual, and you should be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
