About the Position We are seeking a goal-oriented and self-directed mentor/job coach with a genuine commitment to supporting individuals toward employment or education. Job Responsibilities In your role, you will: Mentor and guide participants individually and in groups Establish and work toward clear goals together with each individual Motivate, organize, and follow up on participants' progress Support participants in finding employment, internships, or education Write professional action plans and document interventions Develop and maintain relationships with employers and other relevant stakeholders We Are Looking for You If You Are independent and well-organized, but also a team player Have a solution-focused approach and ability to think innovatively Are unpretentious in your work style and flexible when needed Have a consistently pleasant and professional demeanor Have experience working with employment issues, coaching, or similar fields Thrive working results-oriented with clear goals Requirements Option 1 Education: Higher education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to previous system). The provider determines which field of study is most appropriate to achieve the goal of the position. Work Experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time work is also acceptable if the total hours equal full-time over two (2) years. Option 2 Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Post-secondary education includes higher education as well as various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational training, vocational higher education, military training, and police training. Work Experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or work tasks: *Management with personnel responsibility. *Recruitment. *Career transition work for job seekers. *Study and career guidance. *Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration). *Work with employment and labor market issues. *Work with social and group psychology. *Career counseling Foreign transcripts should be validated. Written certificates of employment are required
