Administrator for the War Contingency Division, Göta Engineer Regiment (Ing 2) Are you a structured and solution-oriented person who enjoys administrative tasks and has good interpersonal skills? Göta Engineer Regiment (Ing 2) is seeking an administrator for temporary service personnel, positioned in the War Contingency Division of the regiment headquarters. This is a temporary position. About the Unit Göta Engineer Regiment (Ing 2) is Sweden's only engineer regiment. The regiment trains and recruits officers and soldiers to engineer units with specialized expertise to perform qualified field operations for national and international missions. The War Contingency Division is part of the regiment headquarters. The division consists of 4 people, 2 professional officers and 2 civilians, but close collaboration with other divisions in the regiment headquarters and the rest of Ing 2 occurs daily. Main Responsibilities As an administrator for temporary service personnel, you will manage personnel who are employed but have a temporary service arrangement, such as reserve officers, temporary service soldiers, and group leaders (GSS/T). The position involves responsibility for contact and administrative management, including competency supply as well as training and service planning. The work ensures that agreements, regulations, procedures, and processes are followed. Additionally, you will develop methods and approaches for temporary service personnel as needed and provide support to managers. The position involves many contact points and close collaboration with colleagues, managers, and other functions. Qualifications • Experience with administrative work, preferably in the HR field • Completed high school education deemed relevant for the position • Excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written • Excellent competency in MS Office • Category B driver's license Meritorious • Experience with administrative work in the Swedish Armed Forces • Experience with administrative work in another government agency • Experience with SharePoint • Experience with Prio/SAP • Experience coordinating and planning events • Good knowledge of English, spoken and written • Completed military basic training Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
