About the job As an Office Services Administrator, you work with operational support related to the office's daily operations, facilities, and internal services. The role is broad and involves combining practical service work with administrative tasks, system management, supplier contacts, and follow-up. Your responsibilities include: manage ongoing office services and practical services in the facilities receive, register, and follow up on service requests and fault reports make orders related to facility operations, such as office supplies and consumables serve as the contact person with suppliers related to office operations follow up on locks and alarms functioning and order service as needed handle mail, letters, packages, and goods receipt carry out minor repairs and maintenance in facilities and on equipment assist with inventories, such as fixed assets and art contribute to local routines, working methods, and service flows functioning and developing manage service vehicles, rental cars, and vehicle-related administration The work involves handling multiple parallel tasks, prioritizing between ongoing and urgent matters, and following up on cases from start to completion. The role also requires accuracy and good judgment, particularly regarding access rights, locks, alarms, and facility operations. Your work location is Sundbyberg. Your qualifications: current experience working in service, office services, facility operations, internal services, workplace services, reception, or similar roles experience with practical service work combined with administrative tasks good computer skills and experience working with administrative systems, case management systems, or ordering systems good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing B-class driver's license It is desirable if you have experience working in a government agency, public sector, or larger organization. It is also desirable if you have experience with supplier contacts, ordering, invoice handling, inventory management, service vehicles, or mail handling within Kronofogden. Good to know The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an Administrator. The role requires physical presence at the office because the work tasks are related to office services, facility operations, access rights, mail handling, service vehicles, and practical services. Therefore, there is no opportunity for remote work in this position. Working for the state means you follow the state value foundation. Special requirements are also placed on judgment, security-mindedness, and compliance with applicable laws.
