Your work tasks – contributing to innovation and energy transition With us, you'll work on transforming ideas and research results into concrete solutions. Through our open calls and close collaboration with the projects we finance, you'll have the opportunity to follow companies and their development, from idea to market. In this role, you and your colleagues will: Handle and monitor our support to companies working with innovation and sustainable business development. Contribute to strengthening companies' opportunities to find customers, investors, and strategic partners, both nationally and internationally. Develop our approaches to supporting companies in ways that strengthen their chances of success while contributing to Sweden's energy transition. Represent Energimyndigheten in activities and contexts that disseminate knowledge about our support initiatives. We work closely with our colleagues at Energimyndigheten who support research and innovation. Dialogue and collaboration with national and international actors promoting the development of young companies is also an important part of the assignment. Qualifications We're looking for you with an academic background in, for example, energy, technology, innovation, or another field the employer deems relevant for the position. You also have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as well as good data skills in modern IT systems. It is a merit if you have experience with: working in or in close collaboration with innovative growing companies and have a good understanding of the challenges involved in driving commercialization of new products and services. working with support and consulting for innovative companies, such as business development, financing, market strategy, or internationalization. working with other research and innovation activities that contribute to sustainable energy and climate transition. working at a government agency or other public activities involving handling support to companies. We are a small team at Energimyndigheten working to support companies and commercialize innovations. About us Energimyndigheten's Department of Research, Innovation and Business Development is tasked with promoting long-term and sustainable development of the energy system by financing research, development and demonstration, and working to commercialize technology, services, and other solutions that can contribute to a sustainable energy system.
