We are seeking a health informatician for a permanent team tasked with automating the transfer of data from the region's healthcare information system to national quality registers, primarily through Inera's National Service Platform. The team was launched in spring 2026 and is staffed by health informaticians, a technical systems administrator, a business coordinator, and a team lead.
In this role, you will map the content of information specifications to data sets in the electronic health record, particularly search terms in Cambio Cosmic, and determine—in dialogue with healthcare operations—whether existing registration procedures are sufficient or need adjustment. You will receive support and methodology from the region's Data and Analytics Unit and report to the team lead.

What You Will Do
Map the content of information specifications to data sets, such as search terms in the electronic health record (Cosmic)
Analyze whether existing data sets and registration procedures can be used or need adjustment, in close dialogue with healthcare operations
Prepare configuration documentation for modifying existing or creating new search terms in the electronic health record
Document the informatics solutions as information and information flow models
Configure the electronic health record system, particularly Cambio Cosmic
Requirements
Participated in at least one completed assignment involving informatics work for automated transfer to quality registers via the National Service Platform/NKRR within the past five years. Must be verifiable through CV and reference
At least two years of documented experience in informatics work with structuring healthcare documentation and data sets for electronic health record documentation within Swedish healthcare
Basic knowledge of SNOMED CT and its use within Swedish healthcare
Swedish at level C1 according to CEFR in speaking, writing, and comprehension
Education in the field and 1–3 years of work experience in the role, corresponding to competency level 2 according to the Kammarkollegiet definition
Meritorious
Academic education in health informatics or equivalent
Completed training equivalent to the SNOMED CT Implementation Course
Configuration or structuring of healthcare documentation in Cambio Cosmic
Work with information specifications, information mapping, or implementation related to the National Service Platform and NKRR
Experience with management or further development of information models, documentation structures, search terms, or information flow models
