The Primary Care South Area consists of Teg, Hörnefors, and Nordmaling health centers. This position is located at Nordmaling Health Center. Commuting by public transport is possible from both Umeå and Örnsköldsvik. You assess, investigate, and treat mild to moderate mental health issues in children, young people, and adults. You work individually with assessments and treatment interventions, but you also work in a team around the patient together with other professions at the health center and within the base unit, and collaborate with other organizations. With the help of clinical assessments and assessment instruments, you suggest appropriate measures. Based on assessment, you plan and perform psychological treatment, both individually and in groups, using evidence-based psychological and psychotherapeutic treatment methods. Your work duties also include being a link between the individual, healthcare, and various authorities. You have knowledge of socio-legal issues and society's resources, and assist patients in understanding laws and regulations and help with, for example, appeals of decisions. You stay updated on socio-legal matters and provide information and guidance to your colleagues within your area of expertise. QUALIFICATIONS You have a degree in social work or other equivalent education and are a licensed health and social care coordinator. You also have further education in psychotherapy, equivalent to step 1. Experience in clinical treatment work within psychological and psychosocial issues is a merit. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can independently organize and plan your work efficiently. You take responsibility for your work and have the ability to drive processes forward.
