Halmstad GF Seeks Competition Section Manager – 50%

Halmstad Gymnastikförening is in an exciting development phase where we are investing in building a strong and long-term competition program – from regional and national levels to SM (Swedish Championships).
We are now seeking a section manager for our competition section who wants to lead and develop the program, with a special focus on our USM initiative.
The position is 50%, but the scope can be discussed. Work takes place primarily in evenings and on weekends, but daytime work also occurs.
About the Position
As section manager, you have overall responsibility for developing and ensuring quality in the association's competition program within team gymnastics.
You will, among other things:
drive and develop our USM and SM initiatives
plan and follow up activities at regional, national, and SM levels
create structure, goals, and long-term development plans
support and develop our leaders and coaches
coordinate competitions, camps, and other activities
contribute to selection processes, level classification, and competition planning
work closely with the operations manager, board, and other responsible individuals.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
has experience with team gymnastics and competition programs
understands the pathway from regional and national levels to SM
is organized, responsible, and solution-oriented
enjoys leading, developing, and collaborating with others
can work both strategically and operationally
is passionate about creating good development opportunities for gymnasts and leaders
personal suitability will be heavily weighted.
Meritorious qualifications include experience at national or SM level, coaching certifications within Svenska Gymnastikförbundet, and relevant licenses (minimum Trupp C), with ambition to pursue further education.
We Offer
A developmental role where you can help shape Halmstad GF's future competition program and create a clear pathway for gymnasts – from recreational to the highest national level.
Scope: 50%, can be discussed. Trial employment: 6 months.
