High School Spanish Teacher - Hourly Substitute Position

HTS is now looking for a high school Spanish teacher! What we offer you! As an hourly substitute with us at HTS, you can be called in on short notice to cover for regular staff absences. You will teach Spanish in place of the regular teacher. You lead and are responsible for the pedagogical work in the activity based on the curriculum's mandate. In your role as a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating your instruction. We use Schoolsoft as a tool for documentation and parent contacts. In daily operations, we use Office 365 internally within the Children's and Education Administration. Your workplace will be at Hässleholms Tekniska Skola. The employment form is intermittent hourly employment, which means you may work both individual days and shorter continuous periods. We are primarily looking for someone with teacher certification for high school with authorization to teach Spanish, but teacher students with the right subject competence may also be relevant. Experience teaching at the high school level is considered a merit. As a person, you are creative and have the ability to inspire students and strive to create a positive learning environment. Your approach to meeting students is to find the experiences and knowledge that are the student's assets. You enjoy working in multicultural environments and are inspired by new knowledge and experiences. We expect you to have good IT skills. You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing and be able to communicate freely with both students and teachers.
