DUTIES
We are seeking an engaged and relationship-building high school teacher with certification in English and German, preferably combined with an additional subject.
You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction and work to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where students develop their linguistic, communicative, and intercultural abilities.
The position also includes:
• serving as a mentor for a group of students
• collaborating in work teams and program teams
• contributing to the school's pedagogical development work
• cooperating with student support services and other professionals to create favorable conditions for student learning and development.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• holds teacher certification with authorization to teach English and German at the upper secondary level
• has good pedagogical ability and clear leadership
• builds good and trusting relationships with students and colleagues
• is flexible, responsible, and development-oriented
• sees collaboration as a natural part of the teaching role.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
Employment type: Permanent position.
