This is therefore not a traditional service role, but a hands-on role where you keep the gym in top shape, ensure everything functions as it should, and at the same time remain visible on the gym floor among our members. Perfect for you if you enjoy practical work and want to get physical activity as a natural part of your workday. 👉Practical Information Part-time position at 70% Permanent employment You will rotate between the following 5 gyms: Köping Centrum, Eskilstuna Centrum Group, Eskilstuna Nyfors, Eskilstuna Torshälla & Eskilstuna Munktellstaden 🛠️ What does the job involve? As a gym employee at Fitness24Seven, things move quickly. While you're fixing a broken treadmill, a member shows up with a question about the gym. You're quick on your feet and can easily provide first-class service to the member, then get back to making sure the treadmill works properly. In your role as gym employee, your primary responsibilities are to: Ensure your gyms are accessible, functional and clean (you move between 5 different gyms) Organize training equipment and put weights back (free training!) Maintain machines (e.g. take apart, clean and lubricate) Handle simple repairs of machines and equipment and follow up on our monthly safety reports Inventory and order consumables Organize Open House events where you're available for members Conduct gym introductions: show new members how to use machines and get started with training Basic cleaning of training areas, changing rooms and restrooms as needed (cleaning company is available) 👤 Who we think you are As a person, you enjoy working in a gym environment and at a varied pace. If you love fitness and health, that's a huge plus!
