This is therefore not a traditional service role, but a hands-on role where you keep the gym in top shape, ensure everything works as it should, and at the same time are visible on the gym floor among our members. Perfect for you if you like practical work and want to get physical activity as a natural part of your workday. 👉Practical Information Scope: Part-time, 40% Employment Type: Permanent employment Working Hours: Four weekdays per week, distributed across three afternoon shifts and one morning shift. Work shifts are approximately 4 hours long excluding breaks and end no later than 7:30 PM. Workplace: Fitness24Seven Timrå Desired Start Date: November 2, 2026 🛠️ What Does the Job Involve? As a gym staff member at Fitness24Seven, things move quickly. While you're repairing a broken treadmill, a member shows up with a question about the gym. You're quick on your feet and can easily provide first-class service to the member, and then return to ensuring the treadmill works as it should. In the role of gym staff member, your primary tasks are to: Ensure that your gyms are accessible, functional and fresh (moving between 2–3 gyms per day) Organize training equipment and put weights back in place (free training!) Maintain machines (e.g. take apart, clean and lubricate) Handle simple repairs of machines and equipment and follow up on our monthly safety reports Inventory and order consumables Arrange Open House events where you are available for members Conduct gym introductions: show new members how to use machines and get started with their training Basic cleaning of training areas, locker rooms and restrooms as needed (cleaning company in place) 👤 Who We Think You Are As a person, you enjoy working in a gym environment and at a varied pace.
