Guest Excellence Trainer designs, prepares, and delivers training programs focused on enhancing customer experience quality and employee development. Collaborates with internal teams on implementing customer care standards, provides expert training, coaching, and supports the achievement of the company's business and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: (a) design, prepare, and deliver training programs focused on customer experience, service standards, corporate values, and business skills; (b) provide technical and process training to employees in sales, customer service, and support areas, including work with internal systems; (c) ensure onboarding of new employees and support their integration and achievement of required competency levels; (d) provide individual and group coaching to develop employee performance, communication quality, and customer orientation; (e) evaluate training results, customer feedback, and operational metrics, and propose development measures; (f) collaborate with managers in identifying training needs and creating development plans; (g) create and update training materials, e-learning modules, and related documentation; (h) maintain training records and ensure accuracy and completeness of training completion documentation; (i) support implementation of internal standards, procedures, and company values in customer experience; (j) collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on implementing training and development activities; (k) contribute to projects focused on service improvement, employee development, and increasing customer satisfaction;
