For 25 years, Gryning has provided residential treatment care and open care for children, youth and families, on-call and family homes, substance abuse treatment, supported housing, services against honor-related violence and oppression, and LSS-supported living. We offer counseling and training as well as assistance with placements. Gryning is owned by the municipalities in Västra Götaland through four municipal associations.
Hagen treatment home is located in Kullavik, two miles south of Gothenburg, and has two treatment departments; Överhuset (7 beds for youth ages 14-18) and Nederhuset (6 beds for children/youth ages 9-14) with 24-hour operations.

JOB DUTIES
What does the position entail?
Depending on your educational background and previous experience, various roles may be available to us. What they all have in common is that in your work you serve as support for our children in their daily routines, you create security and stability, and you work in close collaboration with your colleagues. Our work is carried out on behalf of social services and in close cooperation with the network surrounding our clients. We operate 24/7, which means you will work irregular hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least a two-year post-secondary education, or equivalent education, with a focus on social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science. We would like to see that you have previous experience working with this target group. You are a role model and have the ability to build credible and stable relationships. You are part of the structure that clarifies and addresses children's issues and have the ability to create security and predictability. You are flexible and can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Since the work involves travel, a driver's license is required.
Employment type: Fixed-term position.
Duration: 3-6 months.
