About the Role
As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both ambassador, motivator, and energy spreader. Your task is to deliver fitness joy, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back.
You should feel confident taking center stage, being yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.
We Offer You:
Training in the REFORMER PILATES concept – we provide it!
A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest
A workplace filled with commitment, development, and fitness enthusiasm
We're Looking for Someone Who Can:
Hold 1–2 fixed classes per week
Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on needs)

You don't need to be a trained instructor beforehand – we'll train you! What matters most is that you:
Have a passion for group fitness and fitness in general
Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others
Have personal presence, energy, and a positive attitude
Are reliable, committed, and want to develop with us
