About the Role
As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, an inspiration, and an energy spreader. Your task is to deliver fitness enthusiasm, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back.
You should feel confident taking center stage, being authentic, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.
What We Offer You:
Training in the concept – we provide it!
One fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest
A workplace filled with engagement, development, and fitness enthusiasm
What We're Looking For:
Ability to lead 1–2 fixed classes per week
Availability for morning, daytime, evening, or weekend shifts (depending on need)
Who Are You?
You don't need to be a certified instructor beforehand – we'll train you! What matters most is that you:
Have a passion for group fitness and training in general
Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others
Possess personal presence, energy, and a positive attitude
Are reliable, dedicated, and want to grow with us
