About the Role
As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are an ambassador, inspirator, and energy spreader. Your task is to deliver fitness joy, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back.
You should feel comfortable taking center stage, bringing your authentic self, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.
We Offer You:
Training in the Hyrox concept – we take care of it!
A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest
A workplace filled with engagement, development, and fitness joy
We're Looking for Someone Who Can:
Teach 1–2 regular classes per week
Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on needs)
Who Are You?
You don't need to be a certified instructor beforehand – we'll train you! What matters most is that you:
Have a passion for group fitness and training in general
Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others
Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude
Are reliable, committed, and want to grow with us
