About the Role
As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, an inspiration, and an energy source. Your task is to deliver fitness enthusiasm, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that brings them back for more.
You should feel confident taking up space, being authentically yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether it's 10 or 100 people in the room.
What We Offer You:
Training in the HYROX concept – we've got you covered!
A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where there's the greatest need
A workplace filled with engagement, development, and fitness enthusiasm
What We're Looking For:
Ability to lead 1–2 regular classes per week
Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on needs)

You don't need to be a certified instructor – we'll train you! What matters most is that you:
Have a passion for group fitness and fitness in general
Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others
Possess charisma, energy, and a positive attitude
Are reliable, dedicated, and eager to develop with us
