You take care of people's security – Securitas takes care of you. Job Description We at Securitas are currently looking for a qualified group leader for our Söderhamn office. Here, approximately 30 employees work, and you – together with the rest of the management team – will support, motivate, and provide the best conditions for them to perform their work. You are a reliable and versatile person who moves seamlessly between operational urgent interventions and long-term, strategic work. Working independently is self-evident for you – you don't wait for instructions, but identify what needs to be done, take initiative, and step up when the situation requires it. Responsibilities: As a group leader, you direct and distribute daily work with methodical calm. You ensure quality in patrols and act as the trusted point of contact who makes wise and quick decisions in alarm handling and incidents. With your stable and communicative personality, you handle individual and personnel matters with both empathy, business sense, and clarity. Ensure that instructions, routines, and work methods are followed. Handle and coordinate vacancy solutions during evenings and weekends. Collaborate with the team leader and other group leaders to develop operations. Act as operations' extended arm in production matters affecting our fleet, key management, and customer issues. The position is daytime with a 5/2 schedule, and typical working hours are 07:00 - 18:00. Through your engagement in the team and clear leadership, you lay the foundation for well-coordinated teams.
