You assist in work management, coordination, personnel planning, development, administration and with expert knowledge in order to ensure the quality of services for the municipality's residents. The assignment involves leading, personnel planning, coordinating and developing work at the unit. Supporting employees in their daily work, coaching and guiding them towards effective interventions and distributing cases. This applies to all responsibility areas of the operation, including residential support. Other tasks will include developing new routines and collaborating with other actors, both internally and externally. Other tasks may include quality assurance of interventions, documentation and methodological support, support to the unit manager in recruitment and introduction of new employees. The group leader will work closely with the unit manager and be their "extended arm" in many matters, which means high confidence and high integrity. YOUR COMPETENCE We are looking for you with a degree in social work. You should have at least 5 years of experience working in social services, and experience with cases within family law. Documented experience working with complex cases and knowledge of children and young people, intimate partner violence, substance abuse, family-centered approach, and quality and operations development is a requirement to take this position. It is meritorious if you have experience in work management and collaboration in previous assignments. As a person you are goal and results oriented and have the ability to drive development towards long-term goals. You have good leadership qualities where you have the ability to inspire, motivate and instill confidence among your colleagues. You need to have the ability to see things from a holistic perspective and be able to make decisions based on this. You have good quality awareness and have a deep understanding of the part of social services that we work within. REQUIREMENTS Degree in social work Several years of experience handling cases within family law Driving license category B YOUR NEW WORKPLACE Vindeln's open care services aim to meet the intentions of the Social Services Act on an accessible and preventive social service. Under our roof, in addition to open care, there is also family law, employment and integration department, and in due course also residential support. Located at Brinken in central Vindeln, we work to make it easier to meet residents' needs.
