We are looking for Group Leaders to Luleå and Boden! Would you like to take the next step in your career within the security industry? We are seeking an engaged and responsible group leader for our team in Luleå/Boden. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine operational work with leadership – while also contributing to a safer society. Your Responsibilities As a group leader, you are responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting the team in daily security work. You will work both administratively and operationally. Your main tasks include: Planning and coordinating patrols and alarm responses Daily management and support to security officers in their work Ensuring quality in completed assignments and reporting Active collaboration with customers and stakeholders Contributing to the development of security solutions in the area The position covers Luleå and Boden and surrounding areas and requires a flexible and solution-oriented approach. Working Hours: Day and night We Are Looking For You If You Have documented experience in security work Are confident in a leadership role and have strong ability to coach and motivate others Work structurally and have good organizational skills, even under pressure Are communicative, service-oriented, and collaborative Qualifications Class B Driver's License (required) Security Guard Training VU1 and VU2, or equivalent experience Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Previous experience in a leadership role within the security industry is a plus We Offer A developmental and varied role with great responsibility Safe work environment and close support from an engaged management team Opportunity to influence and contribute to improvements in the business Competitive employment terms according to collective agreement Start Date: As soon as possible by agreement Recruiting is ongoing – the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
