Group Leader in Facility Services – Full-time or Part-time Cleaner for Our Team!

Lindalens Städ och Tilläggstjänster AB is a rapidly growing facility services company. As our business expands, we are now seeking four group leaders who want to grow and develop with us. About the Position As a group leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading a small work team of approximately 10 employees. You will ensure that daily operations run efficiently, that tasks are distributed fairly, and that our assignments are completed with high quality. The role involves both your own facility services work and responsibility for supporting, following up on, and coordinating the employees in your team. We offer both full-time and part-time positions. We Are Looking for You If You Have at least two years of documented experience in facility services Have a B driver's license Are responsible, organized, and solution-oriented Have strong ability to lead and motivate others Can work independently and take own initiative Have a clear focus on quality and customer service Owning a car is desirable but not required. Previous experience as a group leader, supervisor, or similar role is desirable.
