Then you could be our next group manager at Tunngatan! About the Role As a group manager, you are an important part of our daily operations. You work primarily in the service together with the staff – in care work close to the users – while also leading the team by being present, clear, and supportive. You have administrative tasks such as staffing, updating risk assessments, managing incidents, and documentation. An important part of your role involves introducing and guiding staff, creating structure in daily work, and providing feedback that helps the group grow and feel confident in their professional role. The role includes, among other things: Being part of the team's daily work and leading ongoing operations. Providing coaching support and including staff members. Working actively with quality, work environment, and Nytida's pedagogical framework. Ensuring that procedures are followed and that operations maintain a safe and high standard. Contributing to a good work climate and creating trusting relationships with relatives and customers. Working closely with the operations manager. The position is full-time and involves rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and on-call nights. About Tunngatan Tunngatan is an LSS group home for people within service user group 1, with diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder or intellectual disabilities. The group home consists of six apartments and a shared area for socializing and shared meals. Our days are filled with activities, joy, and development – both for service users and staff. Your Experience and Knowledge You have post-secondary or higher education within care and support, and experience with the target group. You speak and write fluent Swedish. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience with various forms of cognitive support, low-arousal approaches, and experience with team leadership. You have a clear leadership personality and enjoy helping people in your group grow and develop in their professional roles. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and cooperative. You have the desire and ability to manage and follow up on operations based on the company's goals and financial frameworks. You are resourceful and responsive to service users' needs and have a natural respect for other people. Within Nytida, we are in continuous development.
