About the role Would you like to lead a team that contributes to safe, stable and efficient electricity production for the future? At Forsmarks Kraftgrupp we are now looking for an engaged and development-oriented Group Manager for Process and Security Analysis. This is a key role for you who want to combine leadership with advanced technology and safety work in an operation that has great importance for society's energy supply. Together with a competent and engaged team, you will have the opportunity to drive development within areas such as process monitoring, safety analyses and technical expertise. Here you work close to the operations and contribute to ensuring that our facilities are operated with the highest possible safety and efficiency. About the group The Process and Security Analysis group is responsible for analyzing, monitoring and developing the operation and safety of our facilities. The operations include, among other things: Monitoring of the facilities' efficiency to minimize power losses. Conduction of process analyses that contribute to optimization of the facilities' performance, configuration and operating methods. Development and advancement of probabilistic safety analyses (PSA). Conduction and development of deterministic safety analyses within areas such as core emergency cooling, residual heat cooling, reactor containment and severe accidents. The group also functions as an important technical support to the rest of the organization, both in daily work and during operational disruptions. The responsibility also includes ensuring that models, software and associated documentation are kept up to date, verified and validated. Today the group consists of 12 employees with broad competence, varying backgrounds and different experiences. Together they create an environment characterized by collaboration, knowledge exchange and strong commitment to safety and technical development. Your responsibilities As group manager you are responsible for leading, developing and monitoring the group's operations based on established goals and financial frameworks. You create clear priorities and good conditions for employees to develop and contribute with their expertise. Together with the group and other parts of the organization you drive work that is important for the facilities' safety, availability and efficiency. In the role you will, among other things: lead, coach and develop the group's employees plan and prioritize the group's assignments and monitor goals, resources and financial frameworks ensure quality and long-term development within process and security analyses create good cooperation with relevant parts of the operations ensure that the group's models, software and associated documentation are kept up to date, verified and validated actively participate in the unit's management group and contribute to joint priorities and the business's long-term development. Job requirements We are looking for a confident and engaging leader who thrives in a technically advanced environment and who is motivated by developing both people and operations. You have the ability to create engagement, build strong collaborations and translate goals into concrete results. We are looking for you who have: relevant university or civil engineering degree, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience experience of and great interest in leading and developing employees ability to analyze and explain complex information in a clear way very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written. It is a merit if you have: experience of management responsibility knowledge of reactor safety, safety analyses or nuclear operations experience of relevant analysis tools, for example MATLAB, APROS, MAAP, RiskSpectrum or Ebsilon completed leadership training.
