About the Position We are now looking for you to help take care of our drivers! Within the Traffic Personnel and Service division, we have approximately 700 employees, the majority of whom are tram operators. Our mission is to deliver a safe, secure, and pleasant journey to create both actual and perceived passenger quality. We work for good working conditions and ensure proper care of employees during incidents, accidents, and crises. Through our driver service plans, we work toward a zero-error vision regarding road traffic accidents, collisions, and derailments. The driver service plans also aim to create a good work environment and satisfied employees. Our group managers work actively in the field and are available to employees. Each group manager has personnel responsibility for approximately 50 tram operators. Key Responsibilities Conduct employee discussions. Follow up and provide feedback on matters affecting your personnel in the areas of work environment and safety. Handle personnel matters, rehabilitation cases, and promote health and well-being. Recruitment Perform financial controls within the scope of your delegation. Plan and conduct workplace meetings. Ensure achievement of quality goals concerning production, traffic, and staffing levels. Staff the dispatch office and ensure proper care and support for personnel. Contribute to the development of the division, employee engagement, leadership, culture, work methods, and processes as part of the management team for Traffic Personnel and Service. Work toward a good work environment where traffic safety is prioritized. Provide operational leadership remotely as well as actively be present in the field and meet with your personnel. Working hours are primarily scheduled for daytime, with some evening and weekend shifts. Working hours are planned and executed based on operational needs. About You Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience deemed comparable by the employer. Swedish driver's license with at least category B and completed probation period. Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Experience in a management role with personnel responsibility or equivalent experience deemed acceptable by the employer. Good digital competence with strong skills in Office 365 Meritorious Strong knowledge of Hastus. Strong knowledge of ITS4Mobility. Experience leading employees remotely and in independent work in the field. Experience working in 24/7 operations. You are clear in your communication, both verbal and written, and have the ability to build trust and engagement with others. You work in a structured manner, plan and organize your work efficiently, and follow up on results to ensure tasks are completed. Since the position involves many contact points, it is important that you have good collaborative skills, can understand the shared mission, and contribute to the bigger picture. The position requires health clearance for security services according to TSFS 2019:113 as well as a passed drug test, and considerable weight will be placed on personal competencies.
