French Language Teacher (Middle School)

We are seeking a middle school French language teacher starting in the fall term of 2026. This is a part-time position at approximately 15% with work hours on Thursdays and Fridays. You are a certified middle school teacher with credentials to teach French in grades 6-9. There may be an opportunity to combine this with another subject if you have the competence and desire to do so. Experience is a plus but not required. You should enjoy working with young people and be committed to finding ways for them to learn as much as possible. You must be able to set boundaries and be clear in your professional practice. Flexibility and the ability to collaborate are essential. Knowledge of how to adapt your teaching for students with various difficulties such as dyslexia or ADHD is also an asset. You will be responsible for French language instruction in grades 6-9, including all aspects of planning, teaching, and required documentation. Lesson scheduling can be arranged in different ways depending on your preferences and the overall schedule. To obtain a permanent position, you must be a licensed teacher in Spanish.
