Ref: 20262017 Job Responsibilities We are now seeking an accredited elementary school teacher for grades F–3 at Mölletoftaskolan. You will be part of the school's teaching team. In your role as a teacher with us, you will independently and in collaboration with your colleagues be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing. As a teacher at Mölletoftaskolan, you will work in close collaboration with your colleagues. Your instruction should be creative and aim to strengthen our students both academically and in their personal development. You will participate in our systematic quality improvement work, which focuses on cooperative learning and good teaching practices. Qualifications You are a qualified teacher with certification to teach grades F–3. Previous experience working in F–3 is a merit. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to making every student's school the best it can be! As a person, you are inspiring, responsible, attentive, and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and guardians. You are well-versed in the school's governing documents, have a positive view of students, and work with each student's development. Of course, you have excellent command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and you share our belief that good relationships are essential for learning. We expect you to have strong didactic and pedagogical skills and the ability to lead and organize your work independently. You should also have a desire to develop your work based on evidence-based research and knowledge. About the Workplace Within the Bulltofta Principal's District, there are approximately 500 students distributed among three schools: Bulltoftaskolan, Karlshögsskolan, and Mölletoftaskolan. Bulltoftaskolan has approximately 300 students from preschool through grade 6. There is one class in each grade level for F–3 at Bulltoftaskolan, and from grade 4 onwards, three parallel classes are formed when students from Bulltoftaskolan, Karlshögsskolan, and Mölletoftaskolan are combined. Bulltoftaskolan is located near Beijerspark. Karlshögsskolan and Mölletoftaskolan are two of Malmö's smallest schools; Karlshögsskolan is situated in the residential area of Håkanstorp, and Mölletoftaskolan is located on the old Bulltofta airfield, near Flygfältsparken. Approximately 100 students attend each of these two schools, from preschool through grade 3.
