Ref: 20262086 Job Responsibilities As a physical education teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction in physical education and health. You work actively to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all students have the opportunity to develop based on their abilities. Your duties include: Plan, implement, and assess instruction according to applicable curriculum guidelines. Stimulate students' knowledge development, joy of movement, and health awareness. Evaluate and develop instruction based on student needs and school goals. Conduct modern and varied instruction. Collaborate with colleagues to create a good learning and work environment. Actively participate in the school's development work. Mentoring may be included in the position. Mentoring of teacher students may occur. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with authorization to teach physical education and health at one or more of the following levels: K-3, 4-6, and/or 7-9. You have a good understanding of and knowledge of the school's curriculum guidelines and the ability to implement them in daily work. You possess good didactic and pedagogical competence. You can lead and organize instruction to create order and a good learning environment. You develop your instruction based on research and proven experience.
