Primary School Teacher Grades 1-6

This is a full-time classroom teacher position where you are responsible for teaching most subjects to your class. Teaching certification in Swedish, mathematics, English, social studies, and natural sciences for grades 1-6 is required. Certification in art and music is a plus, as we place extra emphasis on practical and aesthetic subjects. Musiklådan is an independent school in Gottsunda that has been run since 1994 by a parent association in close collaboration with staff. Musiklådan is a small school where all staff know all children, which creates good conditions for a secure school environment. The school has one class in each grade from preschool through grade 6. Musiklådan has been an IBIS school since the 2018/19 school year to create positive learning environments. We are looking for someone with strong classroom management skills. You are confident in your leadership role, work in a structured manner, and have the ability to create order, a good study environment, and a positive learning atmosphere where all students are given excellent conditions to develop in the best way possible.
