JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Primary School Teacher in After-School Program We are now seeking an engaged and creative after-school teacher who wants to create meaningful after-school activities for our students in a safe and inspiring environment. As an employee with us, you will divide your time between our after-school program and a special responsibility for the school's recess activities. We are looking for someone who wants to lead and develop structured and voluntary activities during student breaks. The goal is to promote inclusion, joy of movement, and safety in the schoolyard. You will work together with colleagues to be responsible for one of our after-school units. As an after-school teacher, you will take active responsibility for planning and developing the program. You will plan, implement, develop, and evaluate the work in the after-school program together with your team colleagues. We are looking for someone who - has good insight into the after-school program's mission and bases your work on each student's needs and circumstances. - has a strong ability to build trusting relationships. - is flexible and has good collaboration skills. - is responsible. - has a desire to develop the program and yourself. - is passionate about developing and organizing recess activities.
