Vikens Montessori is a preschool and school located in the beautiful natural setting of Viken, with proximity to both forest and sea. Our activities are based on Montessori pedagogy, where children's curiosity, individual abilities, and interests are at the center. We are looking for you to work in our after-school program with students from preschool class through grade 4. You will be part of a dedicated team where you collaborate closely with both teachers and other after-school staff. Together, you will create meaningful and developmental after-school activities where student safety, social development, and learning are in focus. In our activities, we work with a prepared environment where students are given the opportunity to develop independence, responsibility, and collaboration skills. The after-school program complements school instruction by offering activities that stimulate creativity, movement, language, and social interaction. We are looking for you who: Have good collaboration skills Work in a structured and solution-focused manner Want to contribute to a safe, inspiring, and developmental after-school program Good knowledge of Swedish is a requirement. Experience working in after-school programs and knowledge of Montessori pedagogy are merits. The position is a temporary contract for one term starting in January 2027. This may lead to a longer temporary contract. Recruitment is ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline has passed.
