An assignment for you as a Business Controller who wants to combine analysis, reporting, and business-oriented work in an international environment. About the Role
You will become part of Group Finance in an international company within infrastructure and sustainable solutions. The role reports to the CFO and involves close dialogue with group management, Controllers, and finance functions in the international organization. This is a broad role in which you will be involved in important decision discussions, while also driving operational controlling work. The role suits you if you thrive switching between a holistic perspective and details, and if you enjoy a role where one of the decisive strengths is strong communication skills. The role includes responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, liquidity monitoring, results monitoring, analysis, and reporting to management.
The office is located in Södra Göteborg with the possibility of hybrid work, with the starting point being office work at least three days per week.
The role is an assignment via SJR starting in mid-December with an expected duration until October 2027.
Relevant Background
With experience as a Business Controller from international, preferably medium-sized, operations you are confident in budgeting and forecasting work, results monitoring, liquidity monitoring, analysis, and reporting/presentation to management. You have good experience with a large contact surface in an international context, where collaboration and communication skills are crucial for your assignment. You don't need to have experience working at group level, but you have the desire and ability to take that step in your next assignment.
Also very good Excel skills, ERP knowledge, and good Power BI skills are important.

You are self-directed with the ability to take responsibility for your processes and deliverables.
Experienced at quickly getting up to speed in new operations.
You communicate smoothly with different functions in an organization, and are happy to reach out to colleagues and operations to obtain information, follow up on issues, and drive processes toward goals.
At the same time, you have the ability to step back, see the bigger picture, and present financial information in a clear and business-oriented manner.
Your analytical skills will also come in handy in this role.
