For an assignment with a client in Stockholm, we are seeking a Google Workspace Specialist to ensure that the organization's cloud-based workplace functions smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You will work with the entire lifecycle of SaaS systems, from evaluation and implementation to operations and decommissioning. You will lead integrations between Google Workspace and other platforms, create access policies, implement security solutions, and optimize tool usage across the organization.
You will become a key person in migrations, integrations, and continuous improvement of the digital workplace, and you will collaborate closely with other departments such as HR, Finance, and Development to create solutions that work for everyone.

Your Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, and other SaaS tools
Implement and manage IAM solutions and security policies
Lead migrations, for example from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace
Integrate Google Workspace with other systems and automate onboarding/offboarding
Evaluate and implement new digital tools, and decommission legacy systems
Monitor usage, analyze system data, and suggest improvements
Your Profile
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in system administration or similar roles
In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace and its applications
Experience with IAM solution integrations (e.g., Okta, OneLogin)
Understanding of security solutions, MFA, and MDM
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
Meritorious:
Experience with migrations from Microsoft 365 or other platforms
Knowledge of Slack, 1Password, Confluence, Jira, or similar SaaS tools
Experience with automation and scripting for cloud service administration
