Professional qualification to practice as a physiotherapist is obtained by completing: a) an accredited healthcare master's degree program for physiotherapist training, if first-year studies began no later than the 2018/2019 academic year, b) an accredited healthcare bachelor's degree program for physiotherapist training, c) a three-year diploma program in physiotherapy at higher healthcare schools, if first-year studies began no later than the 2003/2004 school year, or d) a secondary healthcare school program in physiotherapy or rehabilitation work, if first-year studies began no later than the 1996/1997 school year. Job Responsibilities: Performs physiotherapy procedures independently, for example conducts kinesiological patient or social care client assessments. Performs muscle testing and examines internal body systems. Develops short-term rehabilitation plans for therapeutic rehabilitation delivered individually or in groups. Performs specialized physical therapy techniques and procedures and evaluates their effectiveness and other interventions. Continuously improves professional knowledge and practical skills by attending seminars. Fixed-term employment contract for 1 year. Employee Benefits: meal allowance and pension savings contribution.
