At Närhälsan Uddevalla rehabilitation clinic, you'll have the opportunity to work broadly as a physical therapist in an operation with strong forward momentum and high expertise that values a good work environment. Närhälsan Uddevalla rehabilitation clinic is centrally located with good transportation connections. You'll become part of an engaged work group with thirteen physical therapists, six occupational therapists, and three administrative staff. The clinic has extensive knowledge and experience, and we gladly share it with one another. Common conditions you'll encounter as a physical therapist include: musculoskeletal disorders and injuries, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan is developed. Work is primarily conducted at the clinic and digitally, but also includes home visits when needed. Some work can be performed remotely. Patient treatment is conducted both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within the clinic and with external partners. You and your colleagues share responsibility with the manager for the development of the operation in ongoing improvement efforts. About You You are a licensed physical therapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is a merit, but we also welcome newly graduated therapists. We're looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs when meeting many different people. You also view collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with dedication. You can plan your work efficiently and in an organized manner based on the organization's goals. As workload varies and unforeseen events can occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. The initial selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for telephone interviews. Following that, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic. We use competency-based interviews, which means answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It's important that you describe concrete situations as specifically as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this helps us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
