About Us
Rehab Clinic is part of specialized healthcare and operates at both locations of Blekinge Hospital. The clinic is responsible for rehabilitation services at the hospital in both inpatient care and specialized outpatient care.
The Physical Therapy and Physiotherapy Department at Blekinge Hospital in Karlskrona addresses the need for physiotherapists at the hospital's departments, such as intensive care, pediatrics, stroke, orthopedics, medicine, surgery, thoracic surgery, and infectious diseases. Additionally, we provide specialized outpatient care in areas including cardiac rehabilitation, pain management, neurology, oncology, hand rehabilitation, pediatrics, rheumatology, and pulmonary medicine.
Our team consists of 28 employees distributed among physical therapists/physiotherapists, rehabilitation nurses, and aquatic therapists. The work group has a positive climate with openness and regular social activities. We learn from each other continuously through daily interaction as well as regular internal training.

About the Job
At the Physical Therapy and Physiotherapy Department, we have a broad range of activities and great opportunities to explore and find what you are passionate about. The current positions are primarily directed toward inpatient care with a focus on geriatrics, medicine, or intensive care. Within inpatient care, we work in multidisciplinary teams around the patient, and as a physiotherapist you will work in close collaboration with occupational therapists.
