About the Role
As an ergonomist/physiotherapist with us, you will become an important part of our occupational health team. You will work both preventively and rehabilitatively with a focus on health, work environment, and sustainable working life.
Your tasks will include:
Conducting ergonomic assessments and workplace analyses
Providing advice on work postures, physical load, and assistive equipment
Supporting employees with load-related complaints
Working with rehabilitation and preventive measures
Conducting training and lectures on ergonomics and health
Collaborating with managers, occupational health nurses, and other professionals on workplace environment issues
We are Looking for You Who
Are a licensed physiotherapist/physical therapist
Have experience with or interest in ergonomics and occupational health
Have ergonomics training (meritorious)
Are comfortable meeting with people and have a natural ability to build trust
Are self-driven, organized, and solution-oriented
Have strong communication skills
Have a B driver's license
