Scope: According to agreement Start date: According to agreement About Us Tryggakliniken Kristianstad is a privately-owned health center with a strong focus on providing our patients with personal, professional, and accessible care. The health center opened in 2018 and is part of a group that encompasses primary care, occupational health services, and wellness programs. We are located in newly built facilities at C4 Shopping in Hammar and currently have approximately 20 employees who together have created a warm workplace with high expertise, short decision-making processes, and strong camaraderie. We are now looking for a licensed physical therapist who wants to be part of developing the primary care of the future - where personal interaction is combined with smart digital work methods. Your Assignment As a physical therapist with us, you will have varied and independent work involving assessment, treatment, and counseling of patients of all ages, with both acute and chronic conditions. The work is conducted both individually and in groups, and you collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and other colleagues to create safe and efficient patient flows. An important part of the role is contributing to modern, digitally-enhanced primary care. This may involve working in digital channels, using data support and standardized workflows, monitoring quality and accessibility, and helping develop work methods that make it easier for patients to receive the right help at the right time. We Are Looking for You · are a licensed physical therapist · have strong ability to work independently while thriving in close teamwork · have an interest in primary care, holistic perspective, and evidence-based practice · are curious about digital healthcare, structured work methods, and how technology can facilitate daily work · want to contribute to quality improvement, accessibility, and positive patient experience · are communicative, confident, and service-oriented in interactions with patients and colleagues Experience from primary care is advantageous but not required. We place great emphasis on personal fit.
