Job Responsibilities The responsibilities are varied and consist of both teamwork and independent work. You will perform functional assessments, mobilization, and training on the care ward. A large part of the work is also outpatient clinic, primarily serving orthopedic patients, but also other patient groups. Since we work with both outpatient and inpatient care, there are good opportunities to develop the operations and yourself within the profession. A good introduction is a given for us. About the Workplace The Medical Clinic in Fagersta consists of a medical reception, rehabilitation, care ward, and mobile home care team/AH-team. In the Rehabilitation Unit, occupational therapists, physical therapists, rehabilitation assistants, a social worker, dietitian, speech therapist, and nurse work together. It is a merit if you have experience and knowledge of the care planning process and from work on a care ward. Our work is governed by documents that are often in Swedish and you therefore need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is also a merit if you have worked with the Cosmic electronic health record system. Since work and conditions can change, you need to be able to adapt to new circumstances and quickly change your perspective. You remain calm and composed in stressful situations and can focus on what matters. Your ability to work together with other people is good and you listen and communicate clearly.
