Job Responsibilities
As a physical therapist with us, you play an important role in patient care to create a safe and high-quality healthcare experience.
Your job responsibilities will include:
Assess, treat, and follow up with patients at the clinic
Develop individually tailored treatment plans with a focus on strengthening the patient's function and independence
Collaborate with other professional disciplines such as physicians, psychologists, and rehabilitation coordinators for a holistic approach to patient care
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed physical therapist with at least two years of experience, preferably from primary care, and who are passionate about helping patients regain function and quality of life. You have a holistic perspective and are receptive to what is important for each individual patient. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Having a professional approach and positive interaction with both patients and colleagues is a given for you. Furthermore, we see that you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can help develop the operations together with the rest of the team. You recognize yourself in Prima Vård's core values: Empathetic, Engaged, and Competent, and have a very strong ability to work both independently and in a team.
