Åkersberga Rehab is a well-established clinic in Northeast Stockholm and together with Åkersberga Midwifery Clinic, we form Österåkers Healthcare Unit, which is part of Stockholm County Healthcare Area. Our mission is to provide primary care rehabilitation services in Österåker municipality. Our team consists of occupational therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and administrative staff. A total of 27 employees. You can read more about our benefits at Förmåner hos Stockholms läns sjukvårdsområde (regionstockholm.se) Job duties: As a physiotherapist with us, you will see patients of all ages with a wide variety of conditions and have independent responsibility for examining, assessing, diagnosing, treating, following up, and evaluating your interventions. The clinic provides both outpatient and home-based rehabilitation services, and we have a rehabilitation gym and swimming pool. Your duties include leading groups/classes, supervising students, and conducting certain visits digitally. Collaboration with other healthcare providers and relatives is common. Documentation is done in the Take Care system and all employees have access to a laptop so that documentation can be done continuously. We strive for our employees to feel involvement, pride, and responsibility for the operations we conduct. Qualifications: Licensed physiotherapist with a bachelor's degree (180 ECTS). A master's degree is a merit Experience working in primary care, home rehabilitation, or inpatient rehabilitation is a merit B-category driving license is required Employment type: Temporary position for 1 year with possible extension. You should have a good ability to work independently, collaborate, prioritize, and structure your work, and have a desire to develop professional knowledge and our operations. For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Healthcare Area: - background checks are conducted before employment decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks at hiring. - employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee health examination, according to current directives, which is conducted by occupational health services before employment. - in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of Swedish is required corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
