What does the job as a physical therapist at Norlandia Senior Care involve?
As a physical therapist, you are responsible for physical therapy assessments aimed at restoring or maintaining the elderly person's physical health and preserving function. You are responsible for assessment, fitting, prescription, and follow-up of assistive devices, as well as continuing education and guidance for care staff regarding rehabilitative approaches and methods, ergonomics, and transfer techniques.
Documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of interventions, as well as collaboration with other actors in the care chain, are part of the profession. It's a broad role with many contact points that demands independence and initiative. You are part of the management team and the team around the elderly resident together with a nurse, care personnel, and the operations manager.

Soltorp is a pleasant and peaceful senior living community in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm, located at Tingsvägen 24. The senior living community has 41 apartments distributed across five units. In the surrounding area, there are shops, a shopping center, and a train station.

We are looking for you who are a licensed physical therapist
It is advantageous if you have previous experience as a physical therapist in senior care
You speak Swedish well, both spoken and written
We would like you to have knowledge of documenting based on ICF and KVÅ

Trial Period: We apply a 6-month trial period
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews take place continuously, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
