What does the job as a physical therapist at Norlandia Elderly Care involve?
As a physical therapist, you are responsible for physical therapy assessments aimed at restoring or maintaining the elderly person's physical health and preserving functions. You are responsible for assessment, fitting, prescription and follow-up of assistive devices as well as training and guidance of care staff regarding rehabilitation approaches and working methods, ergonomics and transfer techniques.
Documentation, follow-up and evaluation of interventions, as well as collaboration with other actors in the care chain, are part of the profession. It is broad work with many contact points that requires independence and initiative. You will be part of the facility's management group and the team around the elderly person together with nurses, care staff and facility manager.

As a physical therapist in elderly care, you get the opportunity to take significant responsibility, which requires both professional skills, prioritization ability and flexibility.
We are looking for someone who is a licensed physical therapist
It is a merit if you have previous experience as a physical therapist in elderly care
You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
We would like you to have knowledge of documenting based on ICF and KVÅ
We want you to have good knowledge of the national quality registers relevant to the operations
A driver's license is required for some positions

Probationary period: we apply a 6-month probationary period
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Before a potential employment, you must be able to provide an excerpt from the criminal record register. You also need to be able to demonstrate that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
