Do you want to work at a clinic where you're close to patients, colleagues, and decision-making? At Bräcke Rehabilitation Center Falköping, five physiotherapists and three occupational therapists work together with a department manager and care coordinator. Right next door is Bräcke Primary Care Center Centralhälsan, which makes it easy to collaborate around patient needs. We're now looking for a physiotherapist who wants to be part of the team. You could be new to the profession or have worked for a few years. What matters is that you want to develop, share your knowledge, and contribute to a way of working where patient care and respect are central.
Your Role in the Team
With us, you work independently with patients while having colleagues nearby. The introduction will be adapted to your experience, and as a new team member, you'll receive support from a mentor and experienced colleagues, with room to ask questions and grow into the role. The clinic is part of Vårdval Rehab and offers rehabilitation at the primary care level. You'll therefore meet patients with different needs and work with individually adapted rehabilitation, including in our well-equipped gym. When a patient's situation requires multiple perspectives, it's easy to consult with physiotherapists and occupational therapists on the team or with colleagues at the adjacent primary care center.
What You'll Get Here
At a smaller clinic, every employee's knowledge is meaningful. You'll have the opportunity to influence how we plan and develop rehabilitation together. To create more time for patient care and learning, our care coordinator supports with scheduling, TelQ, and referral workflows, while AI tools simplify medical documentation. As support for your continued development, we also create an individual competency plan. This could involve areas such as elderly health, mental health, orthopedics, or another area relevant to our patients.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist or will complete your education soon. You enjoy working independently but also like thinking together with others. You're curious, take responsibility, and want to help develop the work. In your interactions with patients, you're responsive and respectful and committed to creating participation throughout the rehabilitation process.
