JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as a physiotherapist, you perform rehabilitative health and medical care tasks within the municipal assignment. For us, this includes working to enable individuals to live as independently as possible.
You are responsible for assessment, training, evaluation, and follow-up related to the musculoskeletal system and respiratory function. The assignment also includes supervising and delegating nursing staff in work with patients. Therefore, it is important that you are confident in your professional role and comfortable taking a leading and supportive role toward others.
You will work closely with occupational therapists, nurses, and nursing assistants, and be an important part of the team's collaborative work around the patient. You may also be involved in the development of operations in the form of ombudsman roles connected to your professional role.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and who have a commitment to municipal health and medical care. You have a genuine interest in working with people and meet each individual based on their needs, circumstances, and wishes.
For the position, a B driver's license and good computer skills are required. It is advantageous if you have experience in municipal health and medical care or experience working with business systems used in the field.
Your personal qualities are important to us. To thrive in the role, we believe you are confident in your assessments, work independently, and have a good ability to plan and structure your work. You are also a good communicator and find it easy to collaborate with patients, relatives, colleagues, and nursing staff.
You are initiative-taking, flexible, and enjoy varied work tasks. You see the value of teamwork and want to contribute to an operation where we together work for the patient's best interests.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-12-01.
