We are looking for We are seeking a licensed physiotherapist - occupational therapist or licensed nurse with knowledge and interest in rehabilitation coordination, full-time with education and experience in the field. You have the courage to act according to your own convictions and take responsibility for your tasks, as well as structure your work and work independently. You adapt easily to changed circumstances and are secure, stable, and have self-insight. What you will work with As a rehabilitation coordinator with us, you work with patients on sick leave and help them return to work through coordination, collaboration, and support. The scope of the assignment varies but is approximately 50% at present. As a rehabilitation coordinator, you are a central support function within insurance medicine and actively contribute to the sick leave and rehabilitation process. You work independently with great opportunity to plan your own working hours and make decisions within your area of responsibility. The work includes both physical and digital patient contacts. The remaining time you work in your basic profession with tasks that belong to that professional category, including reception work, telephone counseling, and digital chat.
