Breakfast Supervisor Wanted We're looking for a breakfast supervisor who wants to take responsibility for giving our guests a really great start to their day. As a breakfast supervisor, you have a leadership role and are responsible for the daily operations of breakfast service. You lead and delegate work within the team, ensure everyone knows what needs to be done, and that breakfast maintains the right quality – from initial preparation to the last guest. You actively work in operations and share responsibility with the team to ensure breakfast is well-prepared, nicely presented, and well-stocked. You also ensure that routines around hygiene, special diets, quality control, and waste management are followed. You enjoy working with people and providing service is second nature to you. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is a morning person, confident, and responsible – someone who enjoys getting both people and operations to work well together. You need to be able to lead others in daily work, prioritize when the pace is fast, and jump in yourself where needed. You are clear and solution-oriented and have a natural way of creating structure in the work group. Experience from hotels, restaurants, cafés, or similar operations is a requirement. Previous experience in leadership is a plus. You are a person who: Is confident in leading and delegating daily work Takes responsibility and works independently Enjoys early mornings Is service-oriented and has good interpersonal skills Works in a structured way even when the pace is fast Has a feel for quality, presentation, and attention to detail Contributes to good teamwork within the group Working Hours Work is mainly scheduled for early mornings and late mornings plus every other weekend Scope: 80% / 32 hours per week Start date: By agreement Work location: Gustaf Wasa Hotel, Borlänge Does this sound like a job for you?
